Terms of Use
Last updated: 23 April 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at harmoniqtechnologies.com (the "Site"), operated by HarmoniQ Technologies Ltd ("HarmoniQ", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
These Terms apply to your use of the Site only. The supply of HarmoniQ products and any related services is governed by a separate written agreement entered into between HarmoniQ and the customer. Nothing on the Site forms part of any such agreement unless expressly incorporated by reference.
1. Who We Are
HarmoniQ Technologies Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales. If you have any questions about these Terms, you can contact us at:
- Email: enquiries@harmoniqtechnologies.com
- Phone: +44 20 3494 4044
2. Informational Purpose Only
The Site is provided for general information and marketing purposes. Content on the Site, including product descriptions, technical claims, case studies, industry examples, articles, and the Savings Calculator:
- is provided for general guidance only and does not constitute engineering, financial, legal, or professional advice;
- does not constitute an offer to sell, a quotation, or any binding commitment on HarmoniQ's part;
- should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any investment, procurement, or operational decision.
Savings estimates and calculator outputs
The Savings Calculator and any savings figures, percentages, or case-study outcomes shown on the Site are illustrative estimates based on typical industrial load profiles and inputs you provide. Actual savings depend on site-specific factors including load characteristics, existing power-factor correction, harmonic environment, utility tariff structure, installation conditions, and operating patterns. Estimates are not a guarantee, warranty, or representation of the savings achievable at any specific site. Any project-specific figures will be provided following a site assessment and confirmed only in a signed commercial agreement.
3. Acceptable Use
You may browse the Site, submit genuine enquiries, and share links to public pages for non-commercial purposes. You must not:
- use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its systems, or any connected network;
- introduce viruses, malware, or any other malicious code;
- use automated systems (including bots, scrapers, or crawlers) to extract content, except for well-behaved indexing by recognised search engines in accordance with our robots.txt;
- misrepresent your identity or affiliation when submitting enquiries;
- interfere with, disrupt, or place excessive load on the Site or its infrastructure;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source of any software made available through the Site.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, product names, diagrams, photography, video, code, and layout — is owned by HarmoniQ Technologies Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, database, and other intellectual property laws.
"HarmoniQ", the "Q" emblem, and product names including "HarmoniQ Alpha", "HarmoniQ Booster", and "HarmoniQ Filter" are trademarks of HarmoniQ Technologies Ltd.
You may view pages on the Site for your own personal or internal business reference. You may not otherwise copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, adapt, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission. Brief quotations with proper attribution and a link back to the relevant page are permitted for editorial, academic, or journalistic purposes.
5. Enquiries and Submitted Information
When you submit a contact form, demo request, or other enquiry through the Site, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to provide it. Submitting an enquiry does not create a contractual relationship between you and HarmoniQ; any commercial engagement will be confirmed in writing separately.
How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Third-Party Links and References
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, reference external research, standards, regulators (such as the ICO), or mention third-party products and brands for illustrative purposes. Such links and references are provided for convenience and do not constitute endorsement. We are not responsible for the content, availability, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site or resource.
7. Availability and Changes to the Site
We make reasonable efforts to keep the Site available and up to date, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that content will always be current, complete, or free of errors. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice. Product specifications, images, and claims may be updated as our products and understanding evolve.
8. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, or non-infringement.
Nothing on the Site should be treated as a substitute for qualified engineering assessment of a specific site, installation, or electrical system.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HarmoniQ, its directors, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage, or any loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity, goodwill, data, or anticipated savings, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site or reliance on any Site content.
Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with the Site, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, is limited to one hundred pounds sterling (£100).
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.
This clause governs website use only. Any liability arising from the supply, installation, or operation of HarmoniQ products is governed by the separate commercial agreement under which those products are supplied.
10. Your Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold HarmoniQ harmless from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, the Site, or applicable law. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were last revised. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms, and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree that the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim, except that nothing in these Terms prevents consumers resident elsewhere from exercising any non-waivable rights available to them under local law.
13. General
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision. You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and HarmoniQ regarding your use of the Site.
