We Solved Electricity's Last Problem
For over a century, reactive power loss has been accepted as an unavoidable cost of industrial electricity. We changed that.
Built to Fix What Everyone Else Ignored
Reactive power loss has existed since the first AC electrical network was built. For decades, the industry accepted it — passive capacitor banks offered partial, static compensation, but nobody had truly solved the problem of eliminating power quality waste at its source.
HarmoniQ was founded by a team of engineers and industrial operators who refused to accept this status quo. Today we bring to market patented hardware — field-verified in demanding industrial environments — that cleans electrical current at every frequency, eliminating the distortions that cause waste before they occur.
With 30+ years of research and development behind us, the technology is proven. Now we're scaling globally — bringing perfect power quality to every energy-intensive facility on earth.
Built by Proven Operators & Engineers
Our founding team brings together deep industrial operational experience, hands-on engineering expertise, and top-tier commercial and financial acumen.
Oleg is Co-Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of HarmoniQ Technologies, where he sets the company's direction and carries responsibility for its commercial and industrial partnerships.
He spent a decade at KKR, helping build the firm's infrastructure investment business across Europe and the Middle East and leading its Core Infrastructure strategy in Europe. His work there spanned investments in water, rail and renewable generation — the energy-intensive infrastructure HarmoniQ's technology now serves.
Before and since, Oleg has held senior roles at Global Infrastructure Partners, Partners Group, Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs, and served as Managing Partner at Arjun Infrastructure Partners. Across his career he has supported close to $40 billion of infrastructure fundraising. He holds a BSc in Computer Science and Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Ed is the Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer of HarmoniQ Technologies, where he is responsible for shaping the company's long-term vision, growth strategy, and market expansion initiatives.
Since co-founding HarmoniQ, Ed has played a key role in the development of the business, leading initiatives across fundraising, business development, strategic partnerships, marketing, and the implementation of AI-driven tools and processes. He works closely with customers, partners, and investors to support the company's mission of helping commercial and industrial organisations improve power quality, energy efficiency, and operational performance.
Alongside his role at HarmoniQ, Ed is a Partner at IMS Group and invests across public and private markets, with a particular interest in artificial intelligence, digital assets, energy, and other innovation-driven sectors. He holds two Master's degrees in Digital Business & Innovation and Finance from IE University.
Oscar is Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of HarmoniQ Technologies, where he leads technology strategy, product development, and the engineering of the company's proprietary power optimisation solutions.
Driven by a passion for electrification and energy efficiency, Oscar co-founded HarmoniQ to help commercial and industrial organisations reduce energy consumption, improve power quality, and increase operational resilience. He works closely with customers and partners to translate complex electrical engineering challenges into practical, measurable outcomes.
Prior to HarmoniQ, Oscar led digital transformation and electrification programmes at Schneider Electric, delivering technology-driven improvements across industrial operations. Earlier in his career, he served as a Captain in the British Army's Royal Engineers, commanding more than 100 personnel and overseeing the delivery of multi-million-pound infrastructure projects in demanding operational environments. Oscar holds a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cambridge.
Paul runs HarmoniQ's Middle East and North Africa business as Regional Managing Director, with responsibility for regional operations, client delivery, and the company's MENA subsidiary.
He brings more than 18 years leading operations and growth in the region. Paul was Vice-President for Strategy and Sustainability at Alstom across Africa, the Middle East and Central Asia, and before that an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company, leading strategic, commercial and operational transformation programmes for private-sector and government clients.
He holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University.
Khalid is HarmoniQ's Finance Director, responsible for financial control, reporting, and the commercial modelling behind client proposals.
He works across HarmoniQ's regions as the company scales, supporting the financial structuring of client projects and the reporting behind them.
Axel leads business development across Europe and North America, opening new markets and building the client relationships behind HarmoniQ's commercial growth.
Based in London, he works with industrial and commercial operators across both regions to identify the sites where power quality improvements deliver the strongest return. He studied Global Management at Regent's University London.
Fiona runs HarmoniQ's business operations — finance administration, payroll, and the process work behind a distributed team.
She founded OpenDesk Business Support in 2020 and OpenTravel in 2026, and brings experience across multiple industries, with strong skills in business support, project management, operations, administration, process development and problem-solving.
Her career spans work with international corporations, managing teams of over 500 people, and supporting investors in establishing businesses across the Middle East.

Our Principles
Science-First
Every claim we make is grounded in measurable physics and verified data. We don't promise what we can't prove — which is why we offer site assessments before any commitment.
Aligned Incentives
We back our hardware with a minimum performance guarantee and stay engaged for the long term. We're not selling you a box — we're partnering on long-term performance.
Decarbonisation Impact
Every percentage point of energy saved is CO₂ not emitted. We exist to make the world's energy use more efficient — profit and planet are not in conflict here.
Relentless Innovation
The electrical world is changing — electrification, renewables, and distributed generation are creating new power quality challenges. We're already developing the next generation of solutions.
